Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed with Kidiva.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not yet entered processing or shipped. Because we aim to fulfill orders quickly, this window is typically limited to a few hours after purchase.
To request a cancellation:
- Email support@kidiva.shop with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request"
- Include the reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
- Our team will confirm whether the order can still be canceled
If your order has already moved to processing or shipped, we're unable to cancel it — but you're welcome to return it once received, in line with our Refund Policy.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
The following cannot be canceled once confirmed:
- Orders that have already been shipped or handed to the courier
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
- Orders placed using a discount code, gift promotion, or bundle offer where cancellation would affect the offer terms
Cancellations Initiated by Kidiva
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order on our end — for example, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we're unable to verify payment or shipping details. If this happens:
- We will notify you by email as soon as possible
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
- No cancellation fee will be charged to you in these cases
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, any payment already processed will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. See our Payment Policy for more on how refunds are processed.
Changed Your Mind After Delivery?
If your order has already been delivered and you'd like to return it, cancellation is no longer applicable — please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility and instructions.
