Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed at checkout via SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on kidiva.shop are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you're shopping from outside the US, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can only modify or cancel an order shortly after it's placed, before it enters processing. Contact us right away at support@kidiva.shop with your order number, and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store your full card details, and all transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability depends on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How do I track my order?

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to reflect the latest scan. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How long do refunds take?
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within a few days of delivery at support@kidiva.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
