Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Kidiva. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works)

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@kidiva.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@kidiva.shop if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns. You will receive a full refund of the item price.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in addition to the standard return window described above.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
