All payments are processed at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) or invoicing.
Currency & Pricing
All prices displayed on kidiva.shop are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices include the product cost and reflect any active discounts shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Customers shopping from outside the United States may see additional currency conversion fees applied by their bank or card issuer — these are outside of Kidiva's control.
Applicable sales tax, where required by law, is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination.
Payment Security
Kidiva uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information during checkout. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Shopify Payments and our listed partners). Kidiva does not store your full credit card details on its servers.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your items, pricing, and shipping address. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@kidiva.shop.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment does not go through, please check the following before trying again:
- Your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) are entered correctly
- Your card has sufficient available funds
- Your bank has not flagged or blocked the transaction for online/international purchases
- You try an alternate payment method listed above

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled only within a short window after purchase, before the order enters processing. Contact us immediately at support@kidiva.shop with your order number if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — please refer to our Refund Policy for returns.
Refunds
